Neelima is the Vice President of Human Resources for Global Oncology R&D and North America Country Lead at AstraZeneca. In this role, Neelima is responsible for defining and implementing HR strategy across multiple geographies globally.
Neelima has held diverse global human capital leadership roles in the Life Sciences industry with experience from Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson and Novartis. She brings experience leading large-scale transformational agenda in acquisition, ramp-up, turnaround and integration environment. Neelima is passionate about driving business outcomes through designing fit-for purpose organizations, building high performing teams and shaping desired cultures.

Sarah Shepherd is AVP, HR Transformation and Employee Enablement at Manulife. As a member of the Employee Experience team, Sarah is responsible for supporting the transformation efforts aligned to HR’s strategic priorities and enabling a human-centered design mindset across the function.
Prior to joining Manulife, Sarah was a Senior Manager in the Talent and Organization practice at Accenture, a global management consulting firm. A passionate history buff, Sarah serves on the board of the Architecture Conservancy of Ontario and is an active member of Girl Guides of Canada. Sarah holds a Bachelors degree in History and Political Science from McMaster University.
Nikhil Shahane in his role as Vice President Talent & Engagement is responsible for the global Talent, Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity functions at TechnipFMC. As an internationally experienced, HR professional he has driven the people development mandate across multiple regulatory and socio-cultural environments working both at strategic and operational levels.
Nikhil takes keen interest in Inclusion & Diversity primarily owing to his internal experience and profession but also owing to a research he did on multicultural diversity as part of his master’s at Cranfield School of Management.
