Now we find ourselves in a crucible moment – we have the unique opportunity to take the essential parts of organisations and reshape them for a business landscape that has fundamentally changed in very little time. Uncertain markets and social transformation have changed the metrics of competition and success. Digitisation has accelerated at an unprecedented rate, across all parts of the business. Employee expectations of the relationship between life, work and how and where they connect have shifted.
The disruption is not over, and as we continue to move forward it is essential that we evolve, rather than revert to the old status quo. What should we carry forward and what needs to be left behind?
