Stephane Charbonnier is the Chief Human Resources Officer for L’Oréal USA, since February 2017. In this role, Charbonnier is responsible for driving leadership and learning initiatives, developing talent and building a Human Resources (HR) team with an “employee first” approach. As a leader in the organization reporting directly to the President and CEO of L’Oréal USA, he plays a critical role in driving strategy. Charbonnier also reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer of L’Oréal Group, ensuring alignment between the Group HR Strategy and the U.S. HR Strategy.
Joan McGrail is a proven Human Resources executive with extensive experience in all facets of the department. She assumed her current role, Chief Human Resource Officer for New Balance Athletics, Inc., in May of 2020 and currently oversees all global HR operations for the company’s 8,200 worldwide employees.
Joan is responsible for leading her team’s strategic HR planning and execution, with particular focus on diversity and inclusion; organizational effectiveness; talent development; culture enrichment, and HR operation data and analytics. Minh is the Chief Talent Officer for Stanley Black and Decker (SBD). In this role, Minh leads the full talent lifecycle including recruiting, employee experience, lifelong learning, people analytics, executive development, succession planning, and board engagement. His mission is to drive business growth with people and technology at the center.
Minh lives in Seattle where he enjoys hiking, football, and vibrant conversations. He grew up in Augusta, Georgia and has lived in Chicago, New York, Salamanca, Shanghai, Stamford, and Vienna.
Before joining Stanley Black & Decker, Minh served as Head of Human Resources for Worldwide Commercial Operations at Amazon Web Services. Prior to that, he served as Executive Director of JP Morgan Chase, where he helped build the Global Corporate Bank. Minh is a graduate of General Electric’s HR Leadership Program after which he took on leadership roles for GE in Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.

Neelima is the Vice President of Human Resources for Global Oncology R&D and North America Country Lead at AstraZeneca. In this role, Neelima is responsible for defining and implementing HR strategy across multiple geographies globally.

He is currently Chief Diversity Officer at Moody’s, the global credit rating and financial services company. He is keenly responsible for Moody’s acceleration of D&I as a business imperative and the international Diversity and Inclusion strategy for its internal and external framework.
Anne Erni joined Audible as Chief People Officer in 2016. She most recently served as Head of Human Resources at Bloomberg L.P. Pramukh is currently the Head of Human Resources for Fidelity Investments’ Personal Investing (PI) Business Unit, out of Boston, MA (USA).
